Your orders are shipped within one business day after the confirmation of the order or after the receipt of payment for advance transfers of all products available in stock.

FREE SHIPPING

All shippings that reach a quantitative purchase threshold of at least 7 products (bottles) will be free.

INSURED SHIPPING

All our products will be transported with appropriate packings and covered by an insurance policy that ensures the customer in the event of breakage or loss during the transport of the order, without any additional cost.

PACKING

For transport, we only use certified “shockproof” packings that guarantees maximum safety in the event of accidental bumps and falls, but which, at the same, time guarantees excellent protection against sudden temperature changes. They are made with 100% recyclable material.

DELIVERY TIME

The products are shipped to the courier within 24 hours after the order (except Saturday and Sunday), orders of available products received within 1 p.m. are shipped to the courier on the same day of order receipt; in the event of an order received after this hourly deadline, the shipping to the courier slides at 1 p.m. on the following day. Delivery takes place within following 24h / 48h (for Italy) via our commissioned couriers. In the case of shipping to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Venice and the territories included in the smaller islands, delivery takes place within following 48 hours via our commissioned couriers. Delays in deliveries caused by bad weather, work strikes and difficult areas to reach may be necessary.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will be kept updated throughout the whole duration of the transaction. From the moment of shipping the product, you will receive a product tracking code and the web address where you can track your shipping online.

INSURED DELIVERY

Our shippings are all strictly insured for the entire value of the product without additional cost to the customer. In the event that the product is stolen or lost during a theft or a burning fire, Comte de Montaigne will ship the ordered goods again.

Free shipping throughout Italy for orders that exceed the quantitative threshold of 6 products, except the operator price lists.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The legal and the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action brought by the Customer pursuant to this guarantee or any further legal guarantees will be represented by the Court of Milan.
